WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

We offer a flat rate shipping service with free shipping for orders over $100

North Island Flat Rate - $10 Non Rural / $15 Rural

South Island Flat Rate - $15 Non Rural / $20 Rural

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery to main cities will take place between 1-3 working days, while regional/outlying areas may take 3-5 working days. The delivery time-frame depends on the logistics and your delivery location. If you need your order urgently, please call us after placing your order, as we will do everything in our power to assist.

WHAT ADDRESSES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We only ship orders to physical addresses (no postal boxes). Please make sure that the address that you choose for delivery is accurately captured, and that there is someone present to receive the parcel on your behalf if you are not there. We recommend using your work address for deliveries.

HOW DO I RETURN A FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCT?

If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us by emailing greenvtools@gmail.com with your details, reason for return, we will assess returns on case by case basis.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you may return and/or exchange it, subject to the following conditions:

• Product must be in original condition and packaging
• Returns and/or exchanges need to be initiated within 14 days of delivery
• We will assess on a case by case basis
• If we accept your product is faulty, we can either refund your money or replace the product.
• We may deduct a fair shipping and handling fee from refunds

If you believe your purchase to be faulty, please return it, and if it is still under warranty, it will be repaired or replaced as deemed fit by the manager, subject to reasonable wear and tear.
